Pet Policy

Aspen at Lake Trail is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. A $300 refundable deposit is required for your first pet and a $500 refundable deposit for your second pet. There are no weight limits per pet and exotic animals are not allowed. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed are not allowed. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in.
